June 30th Weekly Update! Advent Riser

Heya gang,

Hope y'all have been well. This will be a shorter update this week as like I mentioned in the news post earlier, I didn't have as much time as I thought I would this week, pretty much only had late Sunday and today. So I'll be going over a few things and then show what I've done in the showcase.

So I'll be releasing Hilda's Reward to the public on the 1st of July. I still have a few promo stuff to do for it, but I should be able to finish it before then. I'll also be including any of the new $10 patrons that pledged recently in the game's credits, just an fyi.

The Palutena anim has been going well. I worked mostly on the secondary animation this time, so the hair, breasts, etc as well as changing the timing on things a bit to make the animation feel more smooth. It's still rough around the edges a wip, but it should give you an idea of it's direction.

Neko Touch DX is going well. Still going though and adding some color to the lines, so I'm hoping the turn around would be long for it. Not too much to actually show, but when I do I'll make sure to post it.

I'll probably make some sketches of the Rouge project to see what scenes I can do and things of that manner. If I can't decide on one I might just open it up to a vote to you all, so I'll keep ya posted.

I also cleaned up the Pyra anim from last week since I noticed a lot of problems it had. So that will be in this week's show case too.

That's pretty much it for this week. I want to wrap up the Renapet update this week, so I'll be working on it exclusively this week. Hopefully I'll be able to wrap up everything I need for it. I'll keep you all posted on how it goes.

News: Weekly update coming later Monday

Hey gang,

Gonna be a small delay on this week's update. Ran into some life problems that really took the wind out of my sails and set me back on things. But I'm gonna try to scrounge up some stuff tomorrow since it's the end of the month. I had also planned to use this week to get some good work on Renapet done, but things didn't go according to plan. So I'll be using the first week of June to work exclusively on Renapet so I can finally get the update done. I'll be making a devlog about on Itch in a bit as well. Afterwards I'll shift to working on Palutena and Rouge.

June 22nd Weekly Update! Midnight Ramen Run

Heya gang,

Hope you've had a good week. This one was a busy one for me, gonna try to wrap up a few things for the end of the month. So let's get into things!

First off Hilda seems to have been received well. I hope $5 patrons have enjoyed it so far. I'm still working on some promotional things to it and will be fixing any problems that might pop up. I'll keep you all in the loop of how things go. The public release will be at the end of the month, so I hope you all look forward to it! For $10 supporters I will be releasing the animation source files after the public release is done and I've wrapped everything up. And for $5 supporters I'll be making animation loops of each position either today or tomorrow and then release those when the public release happens.

The Palutena game, or Palace of the goddess, is underway. I have some ideas for it, but with my backlog I don't want it to take too long. So I'm going to try and keep it slim, but I sill want to make a game out of it. I also really like the UI in The Uprising game, so I think it will be fun to do something similar. I worked on the slow speed for vaginal sex these last few days. It's still a WIP, but I'll post it in the showcase for this week. I'll try to get a good amount wrapped up before next week.



Rouge is in the early stages of planning. I think I've settled on an idea that will be fun, so I'll be fleshing it out over the next couple of days. I'll show y'all what I've come up with when I have some stuff to show.

Renapet was put aside while I was working on Hilda since it was already late. I'm disappointed with the progress I have made on it and I think it's just because I've been afraid to actually make a "Game" again and actually implement gameplay. So it's time to get over that and get this game back on track. I'll be working on it this week and want to have a decently sizeable amount of progress to show at least every other week and will be incorporating that into the weekly updates here and over on itch.io.

I also worked a bit on the Deluxe version of Neko Touch. Mostly just touching up some of the sprites. I've been trying to rely les on black line work and try new styles, and I figured this would be good practice, while also fixing some of the issues with the game. This will be pretty low priority, but I'll leave an anim of what the title screen looks now, and I'll include the second part of it over in the showcase.



I also did the hair animation for the Pyra titty fuck I did earlier. I'll expand this one later, but wanted to get this out to y'all just so you have an animation to enjoy.



I also made a 4 frame little animatic based on that Mythra pic as a I did earlier. Just a little something I did as a warm up. The full thing will be in the showcase.



I've also been working on Booette here and there. It's been slow going, but I think it will be an animation you all will enjoy once I finally get it finished. I'll post more about it when I've made some significant progres.

That's mostly it for now. I hope you look forward to the things in progress. l also want to thank you all for the wonderous support you've been giving me the last couple of days. I will strive to imporve my work, my accuracy on deadlines, and focus on my projects and earn your patronage. I will also be looking into doing more voice acting in my animations to really spice them up. I'm a bit ignorant on the process of hiring voice actresses, but I'll figure it out and start getting things set into motion.

June 19th Weekly update! Slow Train Rolling

Heya gang,

Sorry for the long delay on the weekly updates recently and the radio silence. This week beat my ass and with everything going on, I unfortunately shut down for a few days, and things got pushed back. But, let's get things back on track here and go over what I've been working on.

First things first, Hilda's Reward is complete! I spent quite a bit of time making the animations a bit stronger, making the UI better and feel more responsive, handling how the settings work, and a lot of other small tedious things. I also added a little secret bonus loop as thanks for y'all's patience on things. You can find it by clicking on a certain item during the sex scene. See if you can find it! The game will be available for $5 and up patrons and will be released to the public at the end of the month. Let me know if you encounter any bugs or anything like that so I can get them fixed! I'll also be making animation loops from the game and release those to $5 patrons and then to the public in line with the game.



Also, Rouge the Bat won this month's poll! This was probably the closest poll we've had yet as usually all the tiers decide on the same character haha Hilda took longer than expected and still needs some promo work, Palutena still needs some more work too, and I still have some Renapet work as well so I'll be working on things until Sunday, and then I'll decide whether or not I'll make an interactive animation, animation loop, etc. But feel free to leave some ideas below on what you'd want to see!



Also here's a little stress doodle of Mythra I did to get back in the swing of things.



Since this update was making up for the last two, I'll be also making one for this Sunday. There won't be a Patreon showcase with this update, but I'll work hard to get some things to show for the next update this Sunday.

June 8th Mini Update + Weekly update coming later

Heya gang,
Sorry for the delay on things this week. I wanted to get the 2nd Hilda demo out to y'all earlier this week, but I ran into some issues with the UI mapping that took a little while for me to fix. But the good thing is I won't have to worry about this anymore in the future. I also ended up losing a few days of work due to the current state of things. My neighborhood was actually tear gassed by the police and my window was open at the time, which prevented me from working for a while. I'm taking better precautions now, so it shouldn't be as bad if they decide to gas us again, but make sure you are all staying safe out there too. We're living in crazy times.
This month's polls will also be out later. I have all the characters I want for the poll, so those will be up after I manage to get some sleep.
For Hilda, I finished a lot of the boring stuff for the game, like the previously mentioned UI mapping, proper scene transitions, the patron thank you page scroll ( which ended up taking way longer than it should, but I think it looks cool haha), and a lot of fixes to Hilda's animations in general. I still need to implement the music, SFX, and Voices, but I'll be focusing on it to try and get it done within the week, so I can swing by and get some other things done this month. Overall, the project is taking me a lot longer than I wanted, but these growing pains will help future projects go smoother hopefully and should be worth it in the end. 
Depending on how long Hilda takes, I might keep Palutena as just an animation loop. But if I get Hilda done soon, and make good progress on this month's character, and get some good progress on Renapet done, I'll see if I can expand it into a game.
