May 31st Weekly update Jazzy Sentinel

Hey gang,

Hope you all have been well. Things have been really crazy this month in the world, on top of everything that was already going on this year. So make sure you're staying safe and taking care of yourself. Anyways, onto this week's work.



Still working on the Hilda game, spent the weekend getting and looping some music, doing the Config UI, making the lewd warning for the game, and the transition animations, and also giving the sex animations themselves more impactful. I felt like I didn't sell the impact of the motion with the legs enough, so I spent some time trying to add some more "juice" to them. I'm still working on the anal animations, but since the vaginal scene is done, I'm going to try and wrap the new demo that will have everything except for the ability to switch to anal.

The things left to do are:

-Config menu implementation

-Config menu animation

-Patron credits scroll

- SFX and Music implementation

- Custom cursor implementation

- Credits menu

Once these are done, I'll release the new demo, then get back to working on the anal animations. Once those are done, I'll release the full thing for $5 and up patrons. We're at the end of the month and unfortunately I wasn't able to get everything I wanted done for the game yet. So I'll be sending the demo and full game to anyone who supported $5 or more for the month of May to make things fair. I'm hoping this gets out before they charge for the next month, so people can unsub if they want to and still get the Hilda game since it was for May.

I haven't spent as much time as I wanted to on Renapet due to the Hilda game. Initially I wanted to finish Hilda in the early parts of the month, and then wrap back around and work on Renapet. But since I had to redo the first animation I did of Hilda, it set my plans back a bit. So, I'm going to try and get that out in June. I'll be making a devlog about it on my Itch.io page, and I will copy it to put it u on here too, just for convinience and so you all can seemy plans for the project.

I also cleaned up the Sailor Moon redraw I did. I'll be posting it in a little bit, so I'll put it here too.



The Palutena animation is still in the early stages, but I'm hoping it's turn around will be faster than the Hilda one. What I'm going to do is focus on Renapet first coding wise, while I'm doing the animation loop for Palutena. If I get it done in time, I'll try to expand it into a game. If not, I'll just keep it as a loop.

There won't be a showcase this week, since I've spent most of my time doing UI work and coding, so nothing worth really showing yet. But The Hilda game should be wrapped up soon, then I'll throw up the polls for the next character to be animated, and then continue working on Renapet.

May 26th weekly update! Tempo Tango

Heya gang,

Not a crazy amount to show this week, but should be setting up to release things by the end of the month, so let's get into the break down.

First things first, gonna need a bit more time for the Hilda demo. I spent most of this week coding up most of the menus things and getting the music and sfx for the game prepared for implementation. I actually ran into a few issues with how I was handling UI buttons, that took a bit of time, but at are at least thankfully fixed and will help for the future. Other than that, I also made a bunch of small changes to the anims that I think make it feel much better. I also made an idle anim, so that will play before you select a button. I'm gonna move the demo date to Wednesday, since there's still a bit to do to make it worthwhile. Mostly what's left for the demo is sfx and music implementation and screen size options. Then I want to finish the vaginal climax scene and make an insert animation as well so the scene flows better. The plan is to have an vaginal and anal scene that would share most of the same animations, so hopefully it won't take too long to finish both. So I want to wrap up the vaginal scene for the demo and leave the anal scene for later. I'll do my best to get things finished on time.

I worked on Renapet a bit as well. Sorry it's been so long since the last update, I've been spreading myself a bit too thin again. But I'm making some strides on how I do my development process which I think will pay off in the future. Anyways, I made the missed catch anim for Rena so if you try to catch a ball to early, there will be a small period where you can't catch another ball, so you have to time it right.



I also thought it might be a cool idea to have visual sound effects for the sex scenes, so I made a small test on the anal slow anim. I'll drop it in the Patreon showcase.

I also did a small warm up pic of Sailor Moon since I saw that challenge floating around social media. It was a fun little thing to work on. I'll throw it in the showcase for this week, and post it on my other sites later.

That's pretty much it for this week. Gonna try to get everything wrapped up before the month is over and try to get that demo out to $5 patrons by Wednesday.

May 18th weekly update! Cascade Revolver

Hey gang,

It's been another busy week, but got a few things done this week, so let's get into it.

Working on Renapet more, I have the very fast speed done after tweaking it a bit. All that's left to do is the tail. Once I get that done, it's on to the Climax scenes. I want to try to get those done relatively soon so I can get the update out since it's taken longer than I've wanted. I haven't worked too much on RenaCatch, so I'll be spending this week putting in some work on it.



For the Hilda animation, I've actually decided to try and expand it into an interactive animation. One, to get different more interactive content out to you all, two, to get more game dev experience, and three, to see how viable it would be to convert the monthly animations into interactive animations. I want to make my development cycle better, as I feel like I'm making a lot of small mistakes while making Renapet that's slowing down development. So I figured some small projects could help acomplish that. I figured Hilda would be a good test to see how it pans out. So this week I spent a lot of time making a title, doing the UI, making a small intro comic to explain the scene, and then implementing it into the game. It still needs a little bit of elbow grease, but I have the Slow and Fast anims done and will be working on the climax anim this. I still need to get some music for the game, and I'm gonna see what I can do for voice acting. I'm hoping to get it wrapped up before next week, so I'll keep y'all posted. I'll be including some screen shots below, and will show the intro comic in the weekly showcase. The slow and fast anims will be out for $5 patrons. Also, I'll be including a list of my $10 patrons since April in the game, so let me know if you want your name to be different than your Patreon name. If you told me in the past to change you r name, shoot me another message just in case. Once the game is out, it'll be available for $5 and above patrons for two weeks, and then I'll release it to the public.







Also got quite a bit of work done on the Palutena animation. Mostly laying out the still picture that I'll be animating. Trying to do a bit more with the background this time and make it more interesting. The full thing will be in the Patreon showcase.



I also continued a bit on Booette. In the intro, the Boos will wiz by and that'll be what spooks Luigi, so I started laying that out a bit. Still rough around the edges, but it'll give you an idea of what it'll' be. I'll throw it up on the Patreon show case.

That's about it for this week. I'll be working on the above to try t get everything wrapped up before May ends. I'll keep you all posted on how things are going.

May 12th weekly update! Celestrial Striker

Hey gang,

It's been a busy tough week, but not one without it's fruit, so let's get into things.

First things first, I spent quite a bit working on Renapet. Mostly trying to wrap up the things needed for the next update. I spent some time working more on the anal scene and on Rena Catch. A user over on itch.io asked about how the speeds of the animations were going to be different and if you'd see ripples on her ass on the higher speed settings. I want the speeds to have small changes to make each loop different in a way besides speed, so I spent sometime adding those in as well as doing the very fast anim. I'm still working on it, it's mostly done, so I'll have it done by next week. After that, I'll be working on the climax animations. As for RenaCatch, I did some more coding for it to actually get the game up and running. I ran into a bit of a design problem though, as I realized it could be an issue if there was nothing preventing the player from spamming the catch button in order to get a decent score. So I'm planning to have Rena stumble a bit forward, similar to the animation of a missed grab in a fighting game, when she tries to catch a ball that's not in her range. There will be a very slight delay before she can catch again, so hopefully this will push players to time their catch, rather than just mashing the catch button.

I also spent some time working a bit backwards and redoing the Hilda animation because somewhere between laying out the pose and animating it, I fucked up her anatomy and made her stomach real long. I tried to do a more intricate pose, but I didn't execute it well and made concessions on the anatomy in order to try to improve it's clarity. But I was real unsatisfied with it, so I decided to redo it. It took a bit longer than I wanted it to and threw off my schedule a bit, I'm actually still working on the loop, as I wanted to get it done for this update, but didn't want to delay this week's update any more. But I'm still planning to make it something a bit bigger, so I hope it'll be worth the wait. I'll also include the old loop below



I also spent some time working on the Booette animation. I spent time doing the intro for it and redoing the older parts in the new sprite style. It's still a wip, but It'll give you a gist of how it'll go in the full thing before it fades to the rest of the animation. I'll be including the wip intro and a loop from it in this week's showcase.



Also, it seems like Palutena was the winner for this month's update! I already have that I want to do for the animation laid out, so I'm hoping I'll have some progress shots for you all next week.



That's it for the most part for this week. A lot of things are still in progress as I try to make sure I can get everything I want to wrapped up before the month is over, but I'm having a good pace on things, so I hoping to get everything done. I'll keep you all posted as usual.

May 4th weelky update! Maverick Racer

Heya gang,

Happy May! May the forth be with you haha Hope you all have been doing well. Seems like some places are opening back up, so make sure you're staying safe out there. Anyway, let's get into it!

So this week, I've basically finished the Hilda animation. I'm planning to do more with it, but I still wanted to get this animation out to y'all since it was April's voted animation. I'm still seeing how much I can do with it, since I have a lot of projects started already, but I plan to finish it up in time for the next weekly update, so I'll keep you all posted! (I put some shorts on her since I can't show nudity on public posts).





I also did a bit of work on Renapet. Mostly some coding and rechecking some of the frame duration speeds on the previous animations, as well as cleaning them up. Then I'm going to put them in the game and start getting the update to the demo up and running. I want to get it done before May is up, so I'm want to place an emphasis on it's development.



I also will be posting the new anim polls for May, so make sure to vote for the character you want me to animate! The polls will run for a week, and I'll announce the winner on the next weekly update!



That's all for now, I should have a pretty cleared up week, so I'm hoping to get a lot done. This week was a bit of a tempo update, as a lot of things are in progress, but I hope to swing back with more to show next week. I hope you look forward to it!
