News: Mini update + Full update coming later

Heya gang,

Unfortunately gonna need a bit more time again. Sorry for another delay, Holiday Season is always busier than I think it's gonna be.

Been working on Mythra part 2 and Palace of the Goddess. As well as working on some anim comms and closing out some smaller comms. Also worked on some image sets that I showed earlier.  Just spread myself a bit too thin trying to get things done before the end of the year, and don't want to risk burn out since I have a lot more stuff I still need to do. So I'll take a small break tomorrow (23rd) and then get back at it and try to get things wrapped up for you all by Sunday.  And then do another follow up update before the year is up. 

Thanks for your patience and I'll work hard to make the wait worth it.

December 9th weekly update! Neck Breaker

Heya gang,

Sorry for the delay on the update as well. Feel like I'm constantly playing catch up on everything at the moment, so I apologize things have been so hectic. This update will be a bit of a tempo update with a follow up on Sunday hopefully. But I have a few things to show now, so let's get into things. 

Mythra NNN

Made decent progress on the nip pull part of the animation. It's the second to last big transition that will take a lot of animation work, so slowly closing in on the finish line for this. I'm so sorry this has taken so long. I really underestimated how much work it'd be. But I hope once I piece it all together, it will be an animation you can enjoy. 

Palace of the Goddess

This is going well too. I'm close to finishing some more of the idle animations for the Goddess Offering portion. They're a bit too ugly to show right now, since I originally didn't plan on animating them, but they should be done soon. I will also be including another tit fondle animation and will start laying out the climax for the 2nd tit fuck loop, while cleaning up the first climax and adding the rest loop to it. Should have more to show soon. 

Twilight- Back Door animation

I was contacted by ClopMaestroMan at the start of November about a pony art pack they were putting together with a variety of artists. I was feeling confident at the time, so I said I'd have something done for the end of the month. But I ended up falling behind on a lot of things, at completely forgot about it until a few days before November was over. So, I ended up rushing and throwing this together for the pack. It's a few pics alongside a 5 frame anim, sped up for a 2nd loop, and then a simple climax. It took me about a week to throw together, but I was worried I wasn't showing enough work on my other projects and didn't want you all to think I was just focusing on this, so I wanted to get a bit more to show you all. Eh, here I go rambling again lol Anyway, let me know if you like this format. I always end up blowing up the scope of voted animations and projects, and things end up taking forever to finish since the project is too big/ requires too much attention. So I was thinking I could get something like this done maybe 1 a month or two, so you all have more input on what I make, and I can get more content out to you all. Small animations like this help me evaluate my process pipeline a lot more than the bigger projects, so I think they help my efficiency a lot in the long run. Anyways I hope you can enjoy it. Commissions

I also did quite a bit of commission work. I plan to have the line work done on all the current animation comms I have, so I should be reaching out to everyone that's ordered an anim comm so far. I also have been thinking of how I can add more options for anim comms as well. The Zapphira Dragon comm I did recently will have sound and VA added to it with some very light voice synching and a simple cum loop edit, and I plan to make this option available for new comms and previous anim comms. I will also be increasing the price of anim comms since they take a lot of work and time to complete. Currently thinking $500, but nothing is set in stone yet. I'll look into other options of simpler animations or maybe animation YCH bases that will be a bit cheaper as a result. I'll think about think and keep you all posted. Other than that, just going to keep working on things and try not to fall anymore behind on comms. 




Sketches / misc


Been working on a lot of Pyra Mythra stuff for practice. I have a lot of plans for them as I really like writing them in different scenarios, so you'll probably see more in the future.




Anyway, that's about it for now. Everything is still in progress, but we're already almost 10 days into December, so I need to buckle down and get some stuff out for the end of the year. I'm gonna go get some sleep and take Thursday as a rest day, then it will be back to work, and I'll try to get some stuff out to you all for Sunday.

November 26 weekly update! Crashing River

Heya gang,

Sorry this is getting to ya late. ended up wanting to squeeze a bit more work in before the update and since I have family over, I have to wait until everyone's asleep to get to work haha

But anyway, smaller update this time. Mainly focusing on Mythra's NNN and Palace of the Goddess. 

Mythra's NNN

still working on wrapping this one up. Got a lot of the smaller animation done for the first lotion rubbing part, so now I just need to work on the facial animation transitions for it, and then also some more secondary animation. As well as fix some timing and repeat loops so you have time to read the dialogue. There's still more work to do on the back end of the animation, but I'll work to get it all finished as soon as possible. 

Palace of the Goddess

Also been working on the first Tit fuck Climax for this. I have the base of it done now, so now it's just about polishing it.  Still need to figure out the best way to handle the sprite sheets since they will be so large. But I'll do some research and see what's best memory wise for the game.

Anyways that's it for now. Gonna get back to work when I can and then try get some more updates to you all on Sunday. It might not be a bit big update, but I hope you still look forward to it.

News: Weekly update coming Wednesday

Heya gang,

Weekly update will be coming Wednesday. Sorry for yet another delay. Didn't have as much time to work this week as I thought. Didn't get the job unfortunately, but it is what it is. Going to be working more on Mythra, mainly the facial transitions and the nipple pulling transition back to her normal state before her breast trap. And then hopefully get the climax for the 1st tit fuck loop for Palace of the Goddess with some of the other loops for the Goddess Offering. Along side a bit more commission work. For the Zapphira animated comm, the client wanted VA and sounds added, along side a simple cum loop. So I'll be adding that and if that goes well, I'll add that as an option for animated comms. Want to do more sound stuff in general since I'm still too inexperienced in that regard. I'm hoping it won't take too much longer as I already received the voice work from Oolay-Tiger. So now I just need to edit the loops a bit, and then add the sound and VA in.

Anyways, I'm sorry things are taking so long and that I don't have much to show as of yet. But I'm going to cram as much work as I can in these last few days. I'll be having family over for Thanksgiving week, but I should have time to slink off and get some work done every now and then.  Sorry once again for things being slow these last few weeks.

November 14th mini-weekly update! Ragtag railway

Heya gang,

Small text update this time around. Haven't had much time to work on things since the last update due to me preparing for my job interview like I said earlier in the week. And instead of trying to prepare for it and squeeze work in, most likely just doing both poorly. I figured it'd be best to just focus on the job stuff now and get that all taken care of, so that I can swing back near the end of the month an get more content out to you all. 

I've mainly been working on Mythra an Palace of the Goddess. I've been doing the facial transitions for Mythra for the loops and their various dialogue. Man I really underestimated how much work this part would be. Still so much transition work to be done. At this rate I'll most likely only barely be able to get part 2 done, let alone 3-5. But it won't get done unless I do it, so just got to keep at it.

Been doing a bunch of boring stuff for Palace of the Goddess haha. I need to replace the way I imported the art in the game to sprite sheets, but since the sprites are relatively big, I need them to be separate sprite sheets. So now I need to change the way all the animations are read in the engine to make it work. I was going to wait until I finished all the goddess offering animations, but it's probably best I get it taken care of now, so I can make sure things work properly. Also discovered some bugs in the save system where it was not saving/loading properly, but that's fixed now. Also gonna see if I can make it so it saves when you try to exit the game, but I need to make sure it fully saves so nothing get's corrupted. I'll keep y'all posted on how things go.

Commissions have been going slower than I wanted since this month and last month have been so busy. Especially animation commissions as they are a lot more work than I originally thought they'd be, so I'll probably end up increasing the price for them when I re-open them. Other than that I'm just going to try and find a good balance of working on them alongside my project work. If this job interview goes well, I'll be in a much better spot, so that might help things in this regard. 

Anyways that's it for now. Sorry I don't have much else to show you, but the job interview is important so it has to take priority. It's only till the 17th though, so once I get it wrapped up , I'll try to push things forwards towards the end of the month.

November 11th weekly update! Castle Storm

Heya gang,

Sorry this update is getting to ya late. Man, it's already Thursday huh? This month is already flying by.  Been doing a lot of job stuff which, if it goes, well, I'll get a better position. But unfortunately, it is eating quite a bit of my time, leaving me little time to do pixel work. My interview for it is on the 17th, so I'll be preparing for it until then. But I'll do my best to try and still get content out to y'all, especially since I want to get some projects out before this year is over. Speaking of, let's get into things.

Mythra NNN

I'm almost done with the transition from breast groping to nipple teasing. I wanted to do all the expression and dialogue transitions for this week, but just didn't get things done in time. But I'm going to see what I can get done by this Sunday. At the very least I want to get this part done by this month, so I'm going to give it my all.

Palace of the Goddess

Wanted to get the cut in's fully done this week, but stil need to do the lighting on the hair. Mostly have the first 2 done, but still need to do a majority of the lighting for the 3rd one. Also cleaned up the animation a bit on the level 3 animation for the Goddess offering. I need to also do the background for the Goddess Offering too, so I'll try to squeeze that in. I wanted to get a new demo out by mid-November, but I'm not sure how things will go since I still haven't done one of the climaxes for the tit fuck scenes, and I want to include that since most of the other changes will be under the hood or non-cosmetic. But like Mythra I'll do my best to get things to y'all.

Commissions

Also knocked out two futa commissions and started doing the lines for another anim comm. Both of the futa comms had cum alts where I tried some new techniques. I hope you like how they turned out.

Anyways that's it for now. Gonna keep trying to emphasize project work while balancing my job stuff. Sorry things are taking longer than expected, but your support is greatly appreciated as always.

Mini-Update + Full update coming late Wednesday

Heya gang,

Sorry it's taken so long to get the weekly update to you all this week. Had some job stuff that took longer than expected and ended up messing up my sleep schedule to boot -_-

But I've made some decent progress, but I also want a wee bit more time to work on things. Since it's already November again, I want to get Mythra Part 2 out the door asap and then try and also manage part 3. All these animations are a lot longer than the one in Pyra's so they will take a while, but I'll get them done as soon as I can. Honestly I wanted to get these done way in advance over the course of this year so I wouldn't have to rush, but it's felt like I've had lead in my hands and I've been making things so slowly all year. But I think I've hit a good stride now so I want to work hard!

So Mainly I'll be working on:

- Mythra breast rub 2 to nipple squeeze transition

- Mythra facial expression transitions

- Mythra Nipple release transition planning

- Palace of the Goddess Cut in's

- Palace of the goddess boob job climax 1 planning

- Hachiro Anim comm lines

- Wrapping up a few smaller commissions


I'm pretty close to wrapping things up to show you all, but just want a bit more time (and a chance to get a good night's, well, day's sleep now haha). But I have a lot of plans I want to meet this month, especially since I didn't meet my expectations for October, so I'll focus on getting things out to y'all.

Also I'll include a sketch of Mythra to hold you over until Wednesday. I'll be using it for something else later down the line. Probably a small set or something.

October 31st weekly update Ruinous Drought

Heya gang,

Hope you've all been well. Have a few things to show you though unfortunately didn't get everything I wanted done. Anyway, let's get into the content  for this week. 


Mythra NNN and Palace of the Goddess

Still chugging through these. Since November is already here and Mythra's NNN part 2 has already taken so long, I've been blocking out the animation needed for it, just so I can spend the rest of time doing the rendering needed. For net week I'm going to focus solely on finishing part 2, and then doing some commission work as a cool down. Part 3 shouldn't take as long, as it will be much more straight forward. Part 4 and 5 will most likely be a while though, as they will require a lot of animation. I'm sorry this part and this whole animation set has taken so long, I most likely won't get the entire thing finished this month either. But regardless I hope you look forward to seeing the whole thing completed. 

Palace of the Goddess is still in a similar position. Mostly working on the Goddess offering idle animations and climax for the tit fuck scenes. I also spent time fixing some misc bugs like being able to click on buttons during the transition scenes that caused some issues. Things should be much smoother now. Also refactored the save system, so now it will save the same way across all the versions, instead of my previous method which just worked for Windows. That will make the process of unlocking things much more rewarding for the game. I'm sorry the project is  taking a long while, but I think it will be worth it once it's all finished. 

Sorry I don't have more to show for these since the progress hasn't been very cosmetic, but I will have stuff to show you all soon.


Commissions


Worked on some commissions as well, but they are still wip. Some of them are futa, so I'll tag them appropriately in my posts.




Misc

Also made a small doodle of Kissandra from Tales of Arise and finished a late birthday animation for my boy PurpleYoshi. Since this animation is made as a gift and it's SWFish, I'll be releasing it publicly now.


I've also been doing more coding and plan to throw some small games at you all. They won't be anything spectacular, mainly will just be practice, but I will try to make them enjoyable in one way or another. Should have more to show you soon. 

Anyways that's it for now. Sorry that it's been such a slow month content wise. Real life stuff has just been more hectic than I was anticipating. Since it's November already, I want to make sure I get Mythra's NNN part 2 out asap and then get as much work done on the other parts as possible. So that will be my main focus.

Did some more work on that Pyra bust pic. Really like how this one is turning out so far.

Anyways, that's a bout it so far. I have a lot of stuff I want to get finished before the end of the year, so I'm going to try and kick it into overdrive and get a lot of stuff done. I'll work hard to make some cool content for you all.

October 19th weekly update! Sleepy Quest

Heya gang,

Sorry  update is so late and month has had a lack of content. Just a lot of small problems have been creeping up that have made it hard to sit at my desk and actually work. And on top of that I've been having sleeping issues -_- But let's set all that bring stuff aside and get into the content for this week:

Mythra NNN

I didn't get as much work as I wanted to on this done. Mainly ended up laying out a lot of the rest of the animation, but it's still too rough to really show. But I did work more on the transition that I've been working on. Mainly animating her head and her expression. Will be doing the rest of the secondary animations and cleaning the other parts of the animation and will try to finally get this thing out the door sometime soon.

Palace of the Goddess

Kind of in the same state as Mythra's NNN. Working on the rest of the game's animations so I can wrap it up, but a lot of it is still too rough to show. But I cleaned the 3rd cut in animation a bit more. Other than that, I'm going to try and wrap up more animations for this and try to wrap the game up. 

Also worked more on commissions this week. I have a bit animated one that's taking a lot longer than expected, but I think it will be worth it in the end. I was also commed to edit that old DMG card anim I did, so that will have an anal version and a color alt soon as well.

Also finished a doodle page of Gardevoir and Machamp based on one of Machamp's moves in pokemon Unite

Also did a bunch of Pyra work. Frankly, since I was unable to work on stuff a few days, I lost a bit of confidence in my art and felt like my art knowledge especially was lacking. So I ended up making some Pyra pics to try and try out some new styles, coloring techniques, and change my approach to line art a bit. So I hope you can enjoy these for now.  I still need to work on commissions and other projects, so these will be shelved for  a bit, but I will most likely use these for image sets and things like that.

Anyways that it for now. Sorry once again things have been so slow recently, honestly this month has been kicking my ass. But I have a lot I want to get done this month, so I'm going to try and rally back and get things done. I will do my best to make some cool stuff for you all.

September 30th weekly update! Cerulean Shooter

Hey gang,

Hope you've all been well. Been busy myself, just trying to catch up on things mostly. 

Speaking of, I want to take the time to apologize to anyone that has ordered an animated comm from me over the last couple of months. I've been way too slow when it comes to making them and I will be placing a stronger emphasis on them going forward so that I can get them out to you soon. Thank you for your support, and if you have ordered a comm, you should be hearing from me soon with a preview or progress of your comm. 

Actually I want to talk a bit about animation as a whole when it comes to my work. I think I've been trying to make things "too perfect" when it comes to a lot of my work, and I think my animation and games has suffered the most from it. Often I find myself getting into a project and then thinking "Darn, I'm not as good at this as I thought. Maybe I can make a smaller project so I can get some experience first. THEN I can come back to this with a bit more knowledge".  But in reality, that just leads to me starting a stopping a lot of things. As a result, my backlog has become disgustingly long, and honestly the amount of stuff I DON'T show you all has drastically increased too. I already kind of struggle posting wip shots, because with pixel art, it often just looks like a mess until I clean it up. But since a lot of these projects I've started don't have a specific deadline because I haven't shown it, I tend to hide it away until it's almost complete. That way I won't show you guys something that I won't finish any time soon. Something that I've already done too much.

I'm going to start taking steps to move away from this kind of mentality for the future. Frankly I think it's just a discipline issue and me being addicted to starting projects and then trying to "speed run" them until I eventually run out of steam and drop it. I feel like I always approach longer form projects (animated movies and games) the same way I do with smaller projects (pin-ups and loops). Kind of off the cuff with a loose plan, and I tend to end up adding things that weren't originally planned to "maximize the idea". But obviously with bigger projects, all those smaller edits tend to escalate exponentially, drastically increasing the time it takes to finish the project, in comparison to smaller projects.

For example, for Mythra's NNN, there was originally just going to be one loop of putting lotion on her tits. But I thought it would be better to have a few loops to really break up the time and show some more intimacy. I ended up doing 3 tit groping loops total, with a few other loops putting lotion on her belly and thighs. But for each loop, since it's all one shot, it needs a transition TO and FROM that loop, which drastically increases the amount of animation required. I feel like I often make this mistake, addicted to having a BUNCH of animation at the expense of the time it takes to make. Especially when I spend a lot of time on very small things that I feel like most people don't even care about.

Going back to Mythra part 2, I've spent a LOT of time on things like her hair moving consistently for all the loops. And once I spent all the time and look at the finished project, I can't help but shake the feeling that "No one is looking at this hentai animation to see if the hair physics are consistent" haha. And I think those thoughts, across so many projects that I've started and stopped, that were all announced months ago but are nowhere near being close to finished, really starts to erode my confidence as a creator as a whole.

I guess it really just boils down to me "indulging" in animation a bit too much and being too novice of a director when it comes to these animations. I think that's why so many of my projects tend to stall out, and frankly it isn't fair to all of you that have been supporting me all this way. So I'm going to start learning how to make animation shorts, project management plans, ideas, and strategies, and director skills like taking something from an idea to a finished product. I don't want to keep stumbling and bumbling through all my projects, you all deserve better than that, so I will put the effort in to ensure I am properly earning all of you support. Thank you for your patience with me. 

The main reason I'm bringing all of this up is mainly due to how I've been handling the animation commission orders I've received. They've really opened my eyes to how poor my approach to bigger projects are, and I want to make sure I'm getting the content that they paid for to them in a timely manner. I'm going to start first with just planning out my projects better overall. I often keep my pixel art app (Aseprite) running in the background with dozens of tabs open, each relating to another project that I'm "working on". And obviously, me trying to juggle so many things just isn't going to work. So moving forward, I'm going to limit myself to 1 tab at a time. 3 at the absolute max. That way I can just sit down and know that for the next hour or so, I will be working on this ONE thing and can make more consistent progress on it.

Then, I will start breaking down all the things this project needs and give them deadlines. My old approach was basically just story boarding things out, and then hoping I can pull it all together at the end. But that approach is way too unfocused and doesn't account for my error, so I want to have more strict planning overall. It's also why my deadlines tended to never be accurate. These deadlines will help though, as they will help me keep track of what things are taking too long and I can also put an explanation of why something needed to be delayed if needed.

I'll be doing more research and seeing what ideas and strategies I can incorporate in order to be a more consistent creator and understanding my limits when it comes to bigger projects. Once again I'm sorry all my projects take so long, but I truly value each and every one of your support and want to make sure that I am properly earning it.

Geeze that ended up being a lot longer that I thought it would, sorry for prattling on like that haha let's get into the content for this week:

 Mythra's NNN and Palace of the Goddess

So I spent most of the week working on animated comms, so I didn't get as much work done on Mythra and Palu, but I worked on the transition from the 1st and 2nd tit groping animations more. Mainly doing the lighting for the breasts and hands and cleaning up some of the lines so the animation flows better. I also did the lighting for the first cut in for Palu. I wasn't sure if I wanted to add lighting to the "inside" of her hair, but I think it looks better this way. I still need to clean it up a bit though so it's smooth. So that's up next on the chopping block.

I also spent a lot of time working on animated comms. 

I finished the comm of St Louis for Moparmudder

The next anim comm will be for Plantanote of their OCs

I also did the base animation for some of my other animated comms, but they're still very rough. But I should have more to show soon. I should also get the animation laid out for the rest of the animated comms in the next couple of days.

I also did a doodle page of the Red Landsknecht from Etrian Odyssey for some practice. I'll probably draw some more femboys in the future, but I'll always tag the posts just in case they aren't your thing.

Anyways that's it for now. Gonna take a small break and then get back to work on comms. Gonna spend time working on project management like I mentioned earlier. I'm not sure how much work I'll be able to get done over the weekend, but I'll let you all know how things go.
